Hey, Sister-friend šš½Ā
In todayās episode Iām going to talk about something a little different, but it is still connected to our mental health as women. I decided to talk about this topic today as I was reflecting on how much I think about and pray for my family and friends.Ā
I also realized this month is menās health emphasis month and I know Iām not just concerned about my sisters health, Iām concerned about our brothers as well. I am sure itās the same with you; you care about the physical and mental well-being of your husbands, fathers, brothers, sons, nephews, and male friends.
Their well-being also contributes to our sense of peace, so why not talk a little bit about their health?
Today, Iāll give you some quick reminders to help you help the men in your life become more aware of and take action to care for their health.
I hope this episode blesses you.
