Aum Tryambakam yajaamahe sugandhim Pushti vardhanam
Urvaa rukamiva bandhanaan-mrityor- muksheeya maamritaat ||
It means:
May I surrender to the third eye of shiva consciousness. May I stay receptive to invoking the dormant healing powers within our consciousness. Just the way a fruit effortlessly detaches itself from the branch of a tree, may I also liberate myself from the fear, anxiety, and suffering holding me back. May I continue to heal my heart and soul every day in every way.
