Today I sit down with Jack Saunderson, former Towson University swimmer, current US national team member and Tokyo 2021 hopeful. I had the pleasure to race against Jack for a few years in college; It’s great to have front row seats to witness when someone is doing something truly special in their sport. Jack broke record after record while at Towson on the way to being CAA swimmer of the year twice and now has his eyes set on the Olympics next summer. We talk about not just personal confidence, but also confidence in his environment and coaching. This is a key ingredient in breeding success and reaching true potential!
