A bit of an off-the-cuff episode...

There can be a huge advantage to setting big goals - it spurs motivation and gives you something to chase.  Yet it can also lead people to go too hard, too fast and completely ignore the journey along the way.

As with everything, finding a balance between these two things requires some nuance and personalization.

And while we're on the topic of personalization, I touch on why that "perfect warm-up" you saw on social media might not be so perfect...
