Kenny discusses his struggles with drinking and his battle to stay alcohol-free. He reflects on how alcohol use damaged his relationships with his wife and children. He also discusses how support from Andy’s Man Club has helped him to turn his life around. Through the simple act of talking about his experiences, Kenny has learnt to take control of his drinking and become the husband and father he always wanted to be.

“There's actually a photo on my Facebook of me sat on the living room floor. And it was my youngest daughter at the time, putting stickers all over my face… But my daughter is having the time of her life, whereas I'm sitting opposite not wanting to be there, not wanting to live.”
