Chris Wilson is hands down the reason why I first became a yoga teacher. He not only trained me to become one but when I did my first ever vinyasa class it was with him. I still remember the saavasana song (Higher Love by James Vincent McMorrow). In this chat Chris gets candid about yoges, business, darmah and how yoges has changed from him over the years. We talk surfing, dreams, breathing and Chris ended the chat teaching me about “Self trust” which since the interview has been my mantra.
