Well the day finally arrived, baby Zara Davis-Sheriff made her way into the world. This episode is a little off topic, personal and certainly could be triggering for those of you trying to get a cycle, but here's the thing – so many of you are family now. I really went back and forth in my mind...should I just brush over this and get back to the recovery talk? Or should I share the story?

I decided to share it because so much of this platform is deeply personal. I went through HA, I recovered, I did the work, I wanted all the things that all of you want, and I'm here on the other side with a gorgeous baby girl.
