The kitchen was a mess. Apples soft with bruises, fruit flies dancing through the air, boxes stacked high where furniture used to be. Nothing looked like routine. Nothing felt like rhythm. And yet—I couldn’t stop smiling.

Because in the middle of what looked like chaos, God was doing something new.
