False accusations of abuse or sexual misconduct are rare, but they still happen. So, how do we handle this tension? Markus Watson joins Amy to tell his story of being falsely accused and later exonerated. Markus and Amy talk about the importance of investigations and consistency in following established protocols for handling accusations and Pete Singer, Executive Director of GRACE shares the importance of having investigations run by those who are trained and who have the qualifications to do that investigation.
