This week we had the absolute pleasure to sit and talk to Mrs ADHD herself (Sam Brown) from the ADHD Adult's UK Podcast!
In this episode we discussed Sam’s rollercoaster story, her late ADHD diagnosis, what having ADHD means to her, how hormones can affect ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Hyperfocus, Medication, Diet and just about anything else related to ADHD that popped into all of our heads😅

This episode is much longer than our usual episodes but we had so much to talk about, it was such fun and we felt like we had known Sam all our lives so we’re keeping the full interview uncut.
 
Sam was full of incredibly useful daily hacks that will help anyone navigate life more smoothly if you struggle with ADHD (we actually can’t wait to start using some of them ourselves)
