Baby Boomers are now leaving their big, family homes in favour of new, cheaper houses or apartments. You have the opportunity to take advantage of this market. But before you can do that, you’ll need to understand first what more seasoned Australians want when they are downsizing.

In today’s episode, I am going to share some insights from a research on downsizing and my own experiences as well.
