In this episode I list 40 things that'll enable you to truly maximize your life. 


  1. Cut out people who suck once and for all
  2. Stop giving a sh*t what anyone else thinks
  3. Focus on your health HOLISTICALLY
  4. Try something new
  5. Learn to put good things into your body (mentally, physically)
  6. Travel somewhere you haven’t been (even if it’s 1 hour away)
  7. Do something that scares the shit out of you
  8. That pipe dream? Do something that brings you closer to it for once
  9. Wear something out that makes you feel HOT
  10. Finally unfollow those exes and ex friends (you know what I mean)
  11. Have the boldness to speak your mind
  12. Have an opinion on things that matter
  13. Don’t be afraid to take up space (physically and metaphorically)
  14. Don’t be jealous, be appreciative of the difference
  15. Be kind to someone that isn’t kind to you
  16. Defend somebody
  17. Practice what you preach
  18. Let go and forgive what you’re still holding onto
  19. Apologize to someone you owe it to
  20. Give yourself permission to change
  21. Don’t give negativity room in your mind
  22. Cry really hard
  23. Scream about something that pisses you off
  24. Stop getting steam-rolled, set boundaries
  25. Practice saying no more often when you just fucking want to
  26. Text/email/tell somebody something you’ve been putting off
  27. Trust your gut–it’s God
  28. Do something productive to society every day
  29. Forgive yourself.
  30. Say please and thank you
  31. Think before you talk
  32. Be generous
  33. When you judge, know you are equally judged
  34. Be honest
  35. Express gratitude for what is going right
  36. Leave rooms you don’t want to be in
  37. Work hard for what you want
  38. Get outside every day
  39. Empathize with others 
  40. 40. Stop regretting, start learning
