Lisa Braden started 2018 having never crossed the finish line of a marathon, and in less than a year she's now a 3x marathon finisher!
While she's still relatively new to marathon running, she's not new to running in general. And her experience in the sport, and her willingness to listen to her body, have paid off for her as she's continuing to learn what the marathon is all about.
In addition to her running, Lisa is also a registered dietician.
As such, I asked here the ever popular "what is the best thing for runners to eat" question.
