Evoke Coaches Maya Seckinger and Scott Johnston sit down for a chat about training young athletes.  Along with being employee number 1 back at Uphill Athlete when she was in college and helping with bookkeeping Maya was one of Scott's cross country ski athletes from the time she was 13.  
Maya and Scott discuss the things they have learned as both young athlete and successful junior athlete coach.  They cover subjects ranging from age appropriate training methods to learning to fail.  They also answer a number of questions posed by our listeners.
