Today's Guest, Chris Powell, is an Expert in the Health and Fitness World! As the Former Host of 'Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition', his personal mission has been dedicated to helping countless people become the best versions of themselves. For the last twenty years, he's helped many overcome Obesity and shares how he went through dark times and needed to focus on his own mental health journey. Chris opened up about his mental health struggles after going through a divorce, he shares how he thought he was "healthy" but didn’t realize the trauma patterns he'd been exhibiting for over 20 Years, how he deals with Imposter Syndrome and discussed the importance of focusing on not only your mental and physical health, but also, trying to make a shift in your life towards the best version of the true "You". In this episode, we breakdown how things like cold exposure, meditation, being in nature and gratitude/mindfulness have changed his life and can make an impact on yours as well! 

Nowadays, Chris focuses on his nonprofit "Move One Million" which has gotten over 100,000 people all over the World to move for 2.5 minutes every day!  He also launched a brand new Podcast, "I Needed That", which helps people transform their lives from the inside and out!
