Every girl at one point in time has compared themselves to their sister or best friend #truth

It goes a little something like this...

I'm not smart enough, my sister is the academic one in the family

I'm not pretty enough, my best friend gets all the male attention

I'm not XYZ because my sister is XYZ

etc etc - you get our drift. 

This way of thinking is a problem of the Pedestal. When we compare ourselves, we put someone else up on the pedestal and put ourselves down.
