Dr. Lauren Gerson is a board-certified Gastroenterologist practicing at California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC) in San Francisco.

After completing her residency in Internal Medicine at CPMC, Dr. Gerson trained in Gastroenterology at Stanford University, where she was a faculty member and clinician for sixteen years.

She is a nationally-recognized researcher and caregiver in the field of general gastroenterology including colorectal cancer screening, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), gastrointestinal motility disorders, capsule endoscopy and gastrointestinal bleeding.
