Andrea Bendewald aka Dre
What a warm and kind human Dre is. She’s an actor, podcaster, mumabear and leads women’s circles. The main themes of this chat are acting and spirituality. Dre talks about how both acting and learning circles have shaped the person she is today.

We start off by unpacking her stellar sitcom career, she was in Suddenly Susan for 2 years, but also guest stared on Seinfeld and Friends. We talked about the golden years of sitcoms and the energy of working with great people.
Dre also did a film with Jeff Bridges called Stick it! She talked about how connected and open he was as an actor and artist.
I couldn’t interview Dre without learning more about circling and what lead her to this practice. I think part of Dre’s purpose and dharma is to empower women.
