Episode 68!!! Comedian, actor Pam Murphy is hilarious and she's in The Weight Room! The show starts in the usual fashion and the Bells get right in to it with Pam. She tells them about growing up as a swimmer and finding out one summer that the sport had passed her by. The group talks about when the pressures of looking a certain way starts and for Pam it was high school. She also tells the guys how cancer affected her health and fitness and how she came out of it. The show rounds out with where Pam is now and she just might be better off than she thinks.
