The oldest of 7 children, Heather is a born leader. She is an author/speaker/founder & CEO of Results Revolution. She studied business and marketing at Arizona State University. In addition, Heather has extensive experience and study in personal and business development coaching, and has been trained and developed in programs, and being hands on in the field growing more than 1,000 dental practices in the last 10 years.

Heather's innovative and perceptive skills further enhance her effectiveness. Her direct, down-to-earth, no-nonsense, get-her-done approach along with her quick wit – inspires teams to action. But she's not only all business. Even while traversing the globe producing results for dental teams, Heather also values and enjoys the world's gifts, like her favorite ride at Disneyland, Pirates of the Caribbean.
