If I’ve ever done a podcast that didn’t feel like it, this is the episode. Dr. Denise and I went full ‘selfish’ mode, forgot about the listeners (sorry) and just had a casual catch up about lots of stuff that was (is) interesting and relevant to us two. We had intended to talk about the impact that relationships (of all kinds) can have on our health (for better or worse), but we never got there. Oops. Next time. Having said that, I really enjoyed this conversation and I know many of you will too.
