Omar is the founder of The Health Coach Academy, is a Health Coach and Radio Talk Show Host. He received his training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). He studied hundreds of different nutritional theories navigating through the world of contradictory dietary and exercise advice.
Through his personal experience, he discovered the difficulties of creating his own dietary plan and decided to adopt a holistic lifestyle approach to overcome these challenges. This transformation led him to become a health counselor, driven by his passion to assist individuals facing similar obstacles and who are motivated to make positive changes.
Omar shares his story about his personal relationship with sugar and how he kicked the habit and why. We talk about “hitting the right nail” for your body to make the changes you need to progress.
We also talk about different personality types -
One being able to have sugar once in a while without overdoing it, and the other personality of being all in or all out with sugar.
