Episode 107. 7 Ways To Make Your Running More Fun

It doesn't matter how fast or how far you can run. There's always an opportunity to make your running more fun. And if you can make your running more fun then you can make your running better and if you can make your running better then you can make the runner doing that running better. That was definitely a run on sentence. But I hope it was easy to understand. Because if you can figure out how to get better and have fun getting better then you can get better... and better... and better.
