This week I'm releasing an interview with Matt Hutson - an athlete I coached for a while last year to attempt the IMTUF 100. I actually thought that I'd released this interview back in October, but found it last week and realized I'd never put it out.

Matt is a truly incredible athlete and I bet you'll learn a lot from his experience running these races.
