If the definition of insanity is doing the same thing repeatedly while expecting a different result, I think a lot of runners are borderline nuts.
At least, I know I am.
Too often, when we aren't seeing the results we want, we think we need to buckle down and work harder.
More miles. More speedwork.
Just more.
Call me crazy, but maybe the way to stop the insanity is to work smarter instead of harder...
