He started in the Real Estate Industry at 16 Years Old passing out flyers for Doug Hopkins who was famously known for being on the TV Show "Property Wars". Kyle now owns 37 Rental Units, has done over 150+ wholesale deals and more than 20 fix and flips! In this episode we talked about how in the past year he has lost $250,000 on fix and flips and how he is now trying to find a way to keep doing deals in this new market, he explains how to raise capital for real estate, how he got into wholesaling and the challenges he faced and what he looks for when investing in rental properties.
