Today I sat down with Joe Rinaldi, fellow performance coach, Physical Therapist and former football team walk-on at Bucknell.

Joe has a truly unmatched work ethic, something I don’t say lightly given the people I’ve gotten to know over the years. He does a phenomenal job prioritizing his time and energy, and seems to do it all despite slowly losing his eyesight since the age of ten years old.

His story is a powerful one, and I guarantee one that changes how you show up in this world!
