Why sugar isn't the devil. I see and hear an insane amount of misinformation around sugar, and while I don't think it's something you should prioritize in your diet, we also should stop treating it like it's the root of all evil.

And why as an athlete, you might BENEFIT from sugar at some points throughout your year.
