In todays episode, Mama Sareena brings to the table the next 2 things she noticed that have been causing anxiety and stress in her motherhood journey.
These two "mistakes" are
Amma Lisa will shed some more knowledge on how these "mistakes" are effecting our littles.
If we notice we are "losing our cool " with our little and we want to change that, we can start with aiming to catch ourself BEFORE we lost it!
Remember less reactive parents, have less reactive kids!
Then always being prepared! You should always have snacks and water on hand. Keeping our kids well nourished and rested is TOP PRIORITY & working our schedule around that...
Children THRIVE with regularity and patterns .
Keeping a consistent schedule or "flow" to the day will help children and parents know what to expect. This will allow for smoother transitions and although It takes work, it is well worth the work!
