As two moody people who love scents, we're always curious to know why and how scent affects our moods, for good and for evil.  There is indeed a science to mood manipulation through scent, and who should be the maestros of such power as the perfumers of Givaudan. We have Stephen Nilsen on to tell us all about Givaudan's proprietary Moodscentz technology, and how scent has been studied to be able to change moods and behavior (nematodes are involved) way beyond the scope of essential oils and aromatherapy.
