Natasha Levinger of Highest Light Healing is a therapeutic intuitive and inner child healing expert who helps people connect to their intuition and heal what is blocking it. She is author of the upcoming book, Healing Your Inner Child, and host of the podcast, Getting to Know Woo. Her trauma informed approach is infused with humor and compassion.

After growing up with narcissistic abuse and the resulting relational trauma, she felt a fire underneath her to know and trust herself. After getting a BA in Human Development that coincided with therapy, she went on to learn energy healing in a variety of disciplines. The result transformed her connection, love and trust in herself and she became passionate about helping others heal their disconnection from who they truly are.

Using a mix of an energy reading and healing model that involves the chakra system, inner child healing and Mindful Self Compassion, she has helped hundreds of people to heal their own trauma. Through her practice, Highest Light Healing, she helps people through sessions with her, classes, workbooks and guided meditations.
