Is everything you find on the internet involve some kind of sleep training?

That is how I felt until we found Aileen Dunbar from connected slumber! I didn't know there were gentler forms of achieving bedtime goals that best support kids and their parents.

Sleep brought up a lot of shame and guilt because I felt like the only one co-sleeping and creating "bad sleeping habits" for my littles.
