Dr. Brian Cole and team at Rush sought to evaluate the clinical outcomes associated with revision OCA after failed ACI as compared with a matched cohort of patients undergoing primary OCA. They concluded that there was no difference in patient reported outcomes, number of reoperations and failure rates.
