Leon Klempner, DDS and Amy Epstein, MBA are co-founders of People & Practice, a marketing consultancy that grows general dental and specialty practices in the U.S. and Canada.

Dr. Klempner, CEO of People & Practice, is a board-certified orthodontist who practiced orthodontics for over 38 years. He graduated dental school from the University of Maryland and received his certification in Orthodontics from Tufts University. Dr. Klempner is on the teaching faculty of two dental schools and his work has been published in the Journal of Clinical Orthodontics, and the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, among others. Klempner has lectured both nationally and internationally on the subject of digital marketing.

Amy Epstein is the Director of Client Services at People & Practice. Before launching the company she spent 15 years as Vice President and Managing Director of multinational marketing and branding firms. Epstein has an MBA in marketing from Baruch College and regularly lectures at the Zicklin School of Business and Long Island University School of Business on the subject of digital marketing, entrepreneurship and social media.
