Shaleahia goes deep sharing her own story about overcoming people-pleasing. We talk about her upbringing, recent relationships, her spirituality, and her past career as a sex worker. She is so inspiring. And my favorite part of the episode is when she shares a recent aha moment that related to the character Elsa in Frozen. Anything that relates to learning from a Disney movie is huge in my book!
