Scott is a 3rd generation dentist and has maintained a private practice for over 30 years. In 2008, Scott launched a new practice growth & marketing strategy that he perfected with the help of his team. This new strategy, utilizing patient education seminars, helped attract more implant cases to his practice, significantly growing his practice, reducing overhead, maximizing time efficiency and reducing insurance dependence. Scott is a nationally and internationally recognized speaker, lecturing on the topic of dental marketing.

Maria R. Miecyjak, COO

Maria has over 20 years of experience in managing and growing a dental practice. As practice administrator to Dr. Scott Westermeier, she has been instrumental in growing their practice from one office to eight, and from a single dentist to 17 associates. Maria believes that anything with the right attitude and it is that philosophy which has allowed her to implement new and innovative marketing practices into her offices with great success.
