In this episode, Chandresh shares how anger is not the real problem. The problem comes when we are not ready to understand the root of anger and heal the unconscious patterns that elevate it. As a society, we are not comfortable with anger, but taught to suppress the anger so it never really comes out in its pure form. Instead, it is blended with ego, control, and violence. This is one of the reasons anger creates multiple troubles in our mind and emotions. In this episode, Chandresh shares the tantra perspective on how to release and channel anger into creative conscious outlets. Anger has the potential to become ultimate compassion, but can only do so by understanding it, respecting it, and then using the power of meditation to flow through it. Chandresh also shares his own personal story with anger and an inspiring story from Buddha's journey in how he led others in healing their anger and finding a home for their bliss through it.
