This week the boss and I were lucky enough to stay at Gaia Retreat and Spa. We were absolutely treated like royalty. This place is so special. from the spa treatments to the yoges and of course the delicious food. And then add in the healing nature and location, no sunset is the same and I really look forward to watching the sunrise before yoges. 

In this episode, I'll tell you all about our relaxing getaway at Gaia, and there's a little addition from the Bosso too!
