Gosh we talked for AGES tonight!

First of all, thank you so very much for all your support this past year (since we took ownership of the podcast and re-launched). We have hit over 500,000 downloads so we are pretty bloody stoked, and just want to say we love having you along for the ride with us.

On the show today, Brodie's all spiritual and buzzy and we think it's the blood supermoon.

Caitlin (we hope) is going to put herself first in order to hunker down for the last 6 months of her nursing degree and hopes everyone will understand that.

Gracie's got sore boobs (we've told her to keep an eye on it), but she's also super excited to come down and hang with us this weekend!

And we don't want to blow our trumpet, but we do think tonight's advice was some of our best yet.
