Mr. Zambrano is a former VP of a Lloyd’s of London broker, handling Special Risk insurance in Latin America, commonly known as Kidnap and Ransom insurance (K&R).

He is also a former Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) US Army Officer (US Army Reserve-Retired) being recalled to active duty after 9/11. He has served in Infantry, Special Forces and Military Intelligence units, in the Middle East, Latin America and the Caribbean.

Nelson has studied, mentored and coached by some of the real estate industries best, to include senior leadership at Deloitte and a leader in the area of Creative Deal Structuring. He focuses on Commercial. His training ranges from recognizing U.S. Emerging markets, Asset Management, and Syndication.

He also completed a project, in which the City of Fort Lauderdale participated by investing into the project. The City of Fort Lauderdale provided funds and city resources into one of multifamily properties. He had to go before a board of City officials (Vice-Mayor of Fort Lauderdale) and other local business leaders to receiving this funding. No small feat since this occurred at the height of the 2008 -

2009 housing crises.

He is also a soon to be published author and his book is called “How Foreign Investors Can Build Massive Wealth Investing in US Real Estate” The book is for

foreigners who would like to invest or currently investing in US real estate and people who would like to work with foreigners/raise capital and invest in the US.

Nelson has presently under contract 297 Student Housing units in Valdosta Georgia, effectively giving him control of the entire Class A student housing units for Valdosta State University.
