This week Amanda highlights 10 of the main ones that you should be aware of to protect yourself against toxic or abusive partners. Some of these can be difficult to spot and even more difficult to admit to as you want to see the good in someone and you are maybe willing to meet someone else's needs above your own rather than being alone. But ignoring red flags at the start will cost you greatly and erode your self esteem.

Knowing your standards and self worth is a big part of choosing a healthy partner but even just knowing some of the signs to look out for can help you.
