A truly Beautiful and perspective shifting podcast I have for you all... Alex is 24 a teacher and was in the best physical and mental place she had ever been when she got diagnosed with a rare form of Ovarian Cancer. 

A couple weeks after she got diagnosed we had a conversation on the phone, and I have never been more in awe of someones inner strength and perspective on a seamlessly shit situation... 

Alex has and is turning her greatest challenge into her greatest strength!

"If there was ever a time for me to get cancer now is the best time"

The Psychology of weight loss is complicated, you may not really know why you want to lose weight. All you know is your current weight or body does not make you happy and you think you that if you lost X amount of weight or was Y dress size all your problems would disappear and you would be able to go out into the world feeling confident and worthy AF... 

Reality Check Needed.

My guest today is a extremely deep and insightful individual, having had his own battles with alcohol addiction he turned his life around probably not in the way you would of imagined... and has become a huge voice in the industry!

He advocates for clients and coaches to understand the complexity of weight loss, changing your mindset and solidifying these changes so they last for life!
