Toni Lodge is a dear, old friend of mine. We first met when I was working on the Jase & PJ show in Melbourne, but you probably know her from the Toni & Ryan podcast. 

This was a great chance for us to just catch up which we haven't been able to do in a long time. We chatted about grief, success, goals, and of course colonoscopy's.
