Happy Monday, Alchemist!

This week we will learn from the incredible Ifetayo White of Lowcountry Reiki School. Ifetayo is a Reiki Practitioner and Teacher, as well as a Birthing and Postpartum Doula Instructor.

Today we learn about her work as a doula and how Reiki plays a part. We also discuss the importance of nurturing healing spaces, and how this is even changing the expression of Reiki classes in many ways.
