Ajahn Amaro gave a short reflection in regards to Ty’s (Samanera Obhasi’s) decision to ordain and enter the samana life. He spoke about a repeated line in the ordination: “for the transcendence of all dukkha” and this is the purpose of everything we are doing.

Ajahn Pasanno reflects on the six perceptions which lead to stillness and silence of the mind: impermanence, unsatisfactoriness, not-self, abandoning desire, dispassion, and cessation.
