Now then - Say hi to Dr. Johan Wiklund! Dr. Wiklund is the Al Berg Chair and Professor of Entrepreneurship at Whitman School of Management, Syracuse University.

His research interests include entrepreneurship and mental health as well as the entry, performance, and exit of entrepreneurial firms. He is considered a leading authority in entrepreneurship research with over 60 articles appearing in leading entrepreneurship and management journals and over 20,000 citations.

He is Editor-in-Chief for Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice. A prolific advisor of Ph.D. students, he received the Academy of Management Entrepreneurship Division Mentor Award in 2011.

Most important to us, he's written several papers, and conducted several studies on entrepreneurship and ADHD.

We're so lucky to have Dr. Wiklund on the podcast today! He touches on such topics like structure (we need it,) ADHD and self-care, why "jobs are for average people" and more. This is an amazing interview - How great to be able to start the new year with it!

Enjoy!
