Investing in your professional development is essential as you continue to  build and advance your career.  It is important to be intentional and continuously seek opportunities to build skills through trainings, certifications, coursework, higher education and/or involvement in professional associations.

In this episode, I interview Patricia Mota, President and CEO of HACE, Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement.  Patricia has a strong history of serving the community, as reflected by her service on various nonprofit boards and committees, and several accolades, including most recently named Chicago’s Most Powerful Latinos in 2019 by Crain’s Chicago Business. Patricia talks to us about her own professional journey and experiences that shaped her career and ultimately led to her leadership role as President and CEO of HACE.
