Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
Allow yourself to relax and let go of any tension.
PAUSE (5 SEC)...
Focus on your body and become aware of any areas of tightness or discomfort.
Breathe deeply into these areas and allow the breath to release any tension.
PAUSE (10 SEC)...
Visualize a warm, healing light entering your body and bringing with it a feeling of health and energy.
