As his farming operation expanded, Ted spent quite a while learning how to manage his risk in the futures markets, and then utilizing options. We talk to Ted today because a lot, a majority of farmers, in fact, don't make use of these tools to increase profitability or manage downside price risk. Renewable Identification Numbers have been in the ag news now for several months, and their connection to biofuel production and meeting the targets of the RFS has seen a lot of discussion. But, what are they, and how do they work? Turns out, it's a pretty complicated issue, so we invited Dr. Scott Irwin from the University of Illinois to break down the whole thing. We'll talk about the basics of RINs, as well as what the recent proposals from Sen. Ted Cruz could mean for the biofuels industry.

Also, it doesn't look like Mike messed up the recordings today, so Delaney is back with us and we'll talk about how the ESPN staff feels like they need to eat organic to eat healthy.
