I am joined by Nikki Piotrowski today, who I met in the fall of 2023 at an event that was filled with incredible entrepreneurs and wellness-preneurs and just humans that were on this different path and trajectory in life that came together.

And I'm so happy that we connected and we've been building a friendship and a workshop together this year.

And I said to her, I really want to have you on the show.

So many women show up here in my community and share hardships over life, motherhood, entrepreneurship, in their body and life and all of these things.

And I really do know that a big part of the healing that happens is when we hear others share their story.

And so that is why I asked Nikki to be here today - she has a powerful story that I think will resonate with many.
